Summer DAY CAMP for 2025
Our Summer Rec Day Camp for 2025 will be starting up on June 16, 2025 run through Aug 8. Our day camp is held at the Community Clubhouse & West Side Park on the corner of Outer Ohio St & Phillips Rd.

** Registration for full-time campers, will open by April 2-18, 2025
at the TOWN OFFICE ONLY.
Deadline to register will be May 19, 2025 or until full.
Our normal max is 30 children per day.
Day Camp runs Mon-Fridays from 7:30-5:30pm sharp! These hours were selected to help those that are trying to get to work or get back from work to pick up.
Snacks & drinks throughout the day are provided - you provide their lunches
Arts & crafts, games, free play, movie time, nature walks, summer water fun, and a few field trips. Small fees & extra supplies may be required for some of the trips, we give you plenty of notice.
We can only take 30 campers and we fill up fast - don't delay, sign up for your summer fun while you can.
**Keep in mind days/weeks you reserve for your child, will be your spots to pay for even if they don't attend.
**Summer Day Camp Registration process, you can only register at the Glenburn Town office due to the amount of paperwork that we need completed, this includes;
Completing & signing the registration forms with the dates you want to reserve for your child(ren)
Read & sign the parent contract stating when payments will need to be made, drop off & pick up policies, Complete the waiver & include pertinent medical information
Provide a list of who can or can't pick up your child
Pay the non-refundable $25 deposit to hold your child(rens') spots

If your child is attending the first week your payment is due in full June 12
**Payments ARE due on Thursdays, prior to each week that your child is attending. This gives us time to notify you if your payment has not been rec'd, and if payments are not in by Friday's at noon, with late fees, then your child will not be able to attend until payment is made.
**Parents absolutely need to follow the traffic flow. For BOTH drop off & pick up Parents will enter from Ohio St, into the 2nd driveway opening of the Clubhouse this is to help keep the traffic flowing in one direction and children safe.
**Make sure to know the camp director & assistants phone numbers to call if you are picking your child(ren) up early so the staff can have them ready for you.
Summer Day Camp will be a full 8-week program this year it ends August 8th, 2025
