Here you will find the volunteer forms needed to participate in our activities, you can print & drop off at the office or you can complete & email to our rec director at recdirector@glenburn.net

ALL adult volunteers must fill out the background check application & the volunteer application, at least 2 weeks prior to season start when possible, this allows time for background checks to be completed & approved, review references, etc.

  NOTE; If you have all ready completed the background check application, once per year, with the school you do not need to do another

The volunteer application needs to be filled out for each time you want to help with a particular program, to inform our director of what role & what age groups you wish to work with and provide references.

ALL adult volunteers must complete the required volunteer trainings online and attend the "on site" coach meeting as scheduled.  These are at no cost to the volunteer, but need to be completed.    These are important trainings to help provide our programs with informed adult coaches.  Our director will assign the trainings needed, an email is sent directly to your computer so they can be completed at your convenience. and see the coaches progress & completions.  If the trainings are not completed you may not be asked to return.
