Looking for at least 2 adult volunteers per team, we have a potential to have 3 teams at 2/3rd grade & 3 teams for 4-6th, 1 group of Age 3-Prk, 1 group of Kindergarten & 1 group of 1st grade. Picture day is this upcoming Saturday Oct 5 If it's raining they will be taken in the Glenburn School Gym. Travel Basketball Program
Travel basketball is for grades 3-8th, competitive program, must play rec or school ball to play travel, not just sign up and don't attend, this only hurts the program and effects the children on the rec teams. Please do what is right! Mandatory meeting for coaches and/or administrators is set for Sept 10, our rec director will attend. It would be nice to see some coaches show as well. The meeting is at Brewer High, at 6pm Registration for travel teams will be earlier to allow more time to get season schedule done.
If you live in Glenburn you need to register & tryout in Glenburn. If we don't have enough players in a particular age group we will work with the league to find a team or players to play. Games will start Nov 9 weekend for 5-8th grade & Nov 16 for 3/4th Tryouts are mandatory and will be held the week of Oct 14 Exact schedule will be posted. |
