We need volunteers, please consider lending a hand to keep this spooktacular event going, not just Glenburn families, but ALL of the families who come to visit our trail. This is a great family Halloween activity enjoyed by many - many families and we really want to see it grow.

Trunk or Treat; OCT 26, 2024 from 4-6:30pm. fun-filled family Halloween event

We need trunks - to sign up your trunk please email us at michelle.bagley@aol.com with your name, size vehicle, hoping to fill the parking lot this year

Stop

by the Glenburn School for a fun-filled evening of activities, come in costume, stop by all the decorated trunks for treats, then work your way inside the school where the PTF will have lots of pizza and goodies in store for you, or visit Debs on Wheels outside, for some yummy fries/doughboys,and much more, then grab a hay ride to our Halloween Trail entrance and finish your evening with a spooktacular walk, you might even find some characters with treats along the way. See you there you're not going to want to miss this one!!

CANDY/NOVELTY DRIVE; Starting Oct 1, 2024 we will be accepting donations of candy and/or little novelties at the Glenburn Town Office to add to the trunk or treat event. We will also have a candy drop tote at the soccer games on Saturday mornings. Trunk or Treat event wasn't great last year due to the Lewiston tragedy, so le'ts all pitch in and make this a super fun Halloween that the kiddos won't forget.

Any donations are greatly appreciated.

Thanksgiving Food Drive; Nov 1-19, 2025 collecting non-perishable goods to give to local families in need during the holiday season. Stop by the town office with your donation today.

Wish Tree; Dec 3-17, 2025 Wish trees are setup at the Glenburn

School & Town office, with wishes from local children, please consider picking up a tag and dropping off your unwrapped gift to either location, it will surely put a smile on a child's face this Christmas.

Community Ice Skating Rink 2025 - in the works for a different location - instead of on the court that wasn't level enough for a rink, we are creating it's own little area just behind the court, you won't miss it. We hope to get lights on it as well this year, along with some benches for changing your footwear.

Easter Egg Hunt April 19, 2025

Lakeside Summer Music Series; 2025 will be our 5th year! Hoping to make it our best one yet.

We'd love to have a fireworks show at the finale to mark the occasion but we have a lot of money to raise to make that happen. If you would like to donate to the cause mail your donation to Glenburn Rec at 144 Lakeview Rd, Glenburn.

We hope that YOU will plan to join us at Lakeside Landing for some great local music & food, during the summer of 2025. It's a fabulous venue, and a wonderful way to enjoy a summer evening, outdoors with your friends, family and neighbors.

Bring your own chairs, blankets,

plenty of lawn space for everyone. Parking is limited

Free family friendly events, to promote local musicians and our beautiful park, while bringing our community, friends and families together.

Cash is needed for all food vendors

Opening Night June 20, 2024 "CROSSROADS" will entertain you with his acoustic sound, while Deb's on Wheels" will be bringing on the food for your supper, and Dip n Dots still pending

July 11, 2024 "Just Us" with Christa Grace from 5:30-8:30pm, will be returning, Food vendors pending

July 25, 2024 "Richie K and his full band" from 5:30-8:30pm, "Deb's on Wheels" will return with lobster rolls

August 8, 2024 "Him & Her" from 5:30-8:30pm with Aimee Briggs of Old Town food pending

Aug 22, 2024 will be the final show of the summer - still being scheduled
