Here is a new section that we will do our best to keep updated as we are doing more community events than before.

Easter Egg Hunt April 19, 2025

Lakeside Summer Music Series;  2025 will be our 5th year! Hoping to make it our best one yet.

Kick off your summer in Glenburn June 20, 5:30-8:30 with Brooke & Haley

            The rest of the 2025 music & food line up is coming soon!! 

We hope that YOU will plan to join us at Lakeside Landing for some great local music & food, during the summer of 2025.  It's a fabulous venue, and a wonderful way to enjoy a summer evening, outdoors with your friends, family and neighbors. 

Bring your own chairs, blankets, plenty of lawn space for everyone.  Parking is limited

Free family friendly events, to promote local musicians and our beautiful park, while bringing our community, friends and families together. 

Cash is needed for all food vendors

Times;  Food from 5-8:30pm, entertainment 5:30-8:30pm

FALL of 2025

Halloween Trail ; Opening Oct 18, 2025 open daily for people to enjoy from 4-9pm

Trail Decorating starts this Saturday Oct 4 from 1-4pm and Sunday Oct 5 from 10-4

We need volunteers, if you love Halloween, like decorating, this is for YOU!  Lend a hand filling our 1-mile long trail with lots of creepy, spooky items.  Our trail is not just Glenburn families, but for ALL who enjoy Halloween.  This is a great Halloween activity enjoyed by many - many families and individuals who want more than just treats and we really want to see it grow but we need more hands on help!  We hope you will consider lending a hand, a lot to do decorating will begin first weekend of October.

                 More gets accomplished when you have more people involved

Trunk or Treat; OCT 25, 2025 from 4-6:30pm. fun-filled family Halloween event

We need trunks - to sign up your trunk please email us at michelle.bagley@aol.com with your name, size vehicle, hoping to fill the parking lot this year

Stop by the Glenburn School for a fun-filled evening of activities, come in costume, stop by all the decorated trunks for treats, grab some supper from "No Bones Grill" food truck who will be on site, hay rides are back this year to take you to our Halloween Trail entrance so you can finish your evening with a spooktacular walk, you might even find some characters with treats along the way.  See you there you're not going to want to miss this one!! 

CANDY/NOVELTY DRIVE;  Starting Oct 4, 2025 we will be accepting donations of candy and/or little novelties at the Glenburn Town Office to add to the trunk or treat event.  We will also have a candy drop tote at the soccer games on Saturday mornings.   Lets all pitch in and make this a super fun Halloween that the kiddos won't forget.

Any donations are greatly appreciated.

Thanksgiving Food Drive; Nov 1-19, 2025 collecting non-perishable goods to give to local families in need during the holiday season.  Stop by the town office with your donation today.  

Wish Tree; Dec 3-17, 2025 Wish trees are setup at the Glenburn School & Town office, with wishes from local children, please consider picking up a tag and dropping off your unwrapped gift to either location, it will surely put a smile on a child's face this Christmas.

Community Ice Skating Rink 2025 - in the works for a different location - instead of on the court that wasn't level enough for a rink, we are creating it's own little area just behind the court, you won't miss it.  We hope to get lights on it as well this year, along with some benches for changing your footwear.
