The Glenburn Planning Board consists of five regular members and two alternates. The Board meets the second Tuesday of each month.   Among other things, the Planning Board reviews and holds hearings on:

1) Land Use Permit Applications to ensure that the regulations of the Land Use Ordinance and the criteria and specific performance standards           as stated in the Land Use Ordinance are met. 

2) Requests for Shoreland Zoning land use.

3) Subdivision requests to ensure compliance with State law and local regulations
